Patrocle's House Association is open to any partnership proposal, collaboration or initiative coming from companies interested in getting involved in projects dedicated to animal protection. In addition to financial support, the company can also get involved in other ways: donations in products or services or the involvement of employees in volunteer work in the shelter. Patrocle's House Association is registered in the Register of entities for which tax deductions are granted.

Companies can choose to join us by directing the 20% from corporate tax, thus supporting Animal Welfare programmes, without this support representing an additional expense for the sponsoring company.
Sponsorship is fully deductible of the corporate income tax, if it is within the limits of the law and if it is made before the end of the year on the basis of a sponsorship contract.
According to the Tax Code, you can sponsor the Patroclus' House Association registered in the Register of entities/units of worship for which tax reductions are granted, according to Law no. 32/1994, as amended and supplemented, both if you represent a commercial company that pays corporate income tax and if you represent a micro-enterprise, if you do so until 31 December 2021, on the basis of a sponsorship contract, as follows:
If you are a company that pays corporation tax, sponsorship amounts are deducted from your corporation tax liability at the lower of 0.75% of turnover and 20% of corporation tax liability.
If you are a micro-enterprise, you can sponsor the Patroclus House Association, according to the law. Sponsorship amounts are deducted from the income tax due for the fourth quarter, up to the amount representing 20% of the income tax due for that quarter. Please keep us in mind for future quarters.
